Park Rooming House

This property is a rooming house. We have 5 different rooms available on this property. We offer 3 different bed sizes we are offering 2 queens, 2 fulls, and 1 Twin. The rooms have passcode lock to get in each room. The bedrooms come with the following inside: bed frame, mattress, dresser, and 40" tv mounted to the wall. The property has two fully renovated bathrooms that will be shared between the 5 different rooms. The property has 2 living room areas and fully furnished kitchen area with kitchen table and seating. The common areas will be professionally cleaned 1- 2 times a week. The property comes with a washer and dryer unit on the property free for the tenant to use. The property will have gated parking each tenant has 1 designated parking space for a monthly fee. Guest will have to park on the street outside of gate. The tenants will have 2 entry ways into the property through the front door and back door in the gated parking.
