Park Place Two Bedroom Standard Townhouse

This gorgeous two bedroom townhouse is available for immediate move-in. This apartment does not have a washer/dryer or hookup inside the apartment. However, laundry facilities are available for free inside our leasing office during office hours.

Access to community amenities such as the pool, 24 hour fitness center, basketball court, and clubhouse are also included. In order to qualify residents must have monthly income of at least $2850 per month, or 3 times the monthly rent.

This unit includes trash. Resident Pays for electric, water, and sewer.

Unfortunately, we do not accept housing vouchers.

Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Pets are permitted but must first be approved by management. A one-time $250 pet fee will apply as well as $30 monthly pet rent (not per pet). Breed and weight restrictions do apply per insurance regulations.
