Open bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 bath house

I have one bedrooms available for rent for $750/month all utilities included in a 3 bedroom house where myself, the landlord, live as well. It is available as early as January 1st. I require first and last month's rent and deposit each at $750 for a total of $2,250 upon moving in.

The house is a single floor country style house with a very updated kitchen and bathroom. There are all new appliances and two large refrigerators, and two smaller refrigerators to provide ample space for food. There is a beautiful outdoor patio with a fireplace and a grill.

I am taking applications until I find a good a fit. You are welcome to message me and schedule a time to take a look at the property. I'm happy to do a Face Time or Zoom walk through of the place and give you a chance to meet myself and the other roommate.
