It's a single-family home, basement has two rooms, each room has attached bath, walking closet, and Safe keyless entry on doors. One room is already rented to a professional gentleman. Another room is available from November 1st. Parking is available in front of the house.

The shared kitchen is updated with all brand-new cabinets, appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave and Cooktop), Kitchen sink.

We are a quiet and respectful family, and we are looking for someone similar, preferably professional. No smoking and no pets please.

The rent is $1200/month. The rent includes utilities - water, electricity, trash collection,

Wi-Fi is NOT included.

We also require a month's rent as security deposit, and a non-refundable fee for the background and credit check.

Roommate:
The other room is currently occupied by a professional male. Kitchen and Washer/Dryer would be shared. Wi-fi can be shared if the other roommate agreed.
