The front downstairs room has a private entrance and shares the common areas including the downstairs baths, sun room, an eat-in kitchen, and a furnished living room. Close to UVA hospital, Grounds, Charlottesville's Downtown Mall, and multiple CAT bus stops.

$830/month/$830 deposit includes utilities (electricity, trash, water/sewer), washer/dryer, and internet. No pets, no smoking, no parties. One parking spot on site is shared with the other housemates. On street parking is available with a parking permit. Furnished bedroom offers a twin bed, chest of drawers, and a small desk.
