The unit is located on the 4th floor to take advantage of the views but also easily accessible from the secure underground parking garage by elevator. Once your car is parked in the underground parking garage, you will not have to move it unless venturing out to explore other Southern California beach towns like Santa Barbara, Carpinteria, or Malibu, all of which are easy day trips.
