Steps away from Granny's Country Kitchen, Ocean Tiki Bar and Grill, the Veggie Wagon and The Spot but if you want to stay in, enjoy the new and remodeled kitchen. Additional bedding with a standard sleeper sofa and a twin bed in a convenient nook. Sea Colony is known for it's large grassy area, BBQ grills, picnic tables, oceanfront seasonal swimming pool, and private beach access. Please note there is no elevator.*Per HOA NO PETS*
