This lot fits a single-wide trailer in the Valley! Fenced yard will have to be addressed in the spring/summer 2025. Animal friendly. Off-street parking, limited to two vehicles on the property. Has an outside storage shed. Tenant pays all utilities including garbage services (on well and septic). Tenant is responsible for any hook-up requirements. Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal. No smoking on the property.

The desired trailer to be parked on the lot must be approved along with the residents and animals.

Animal Applications are available upon request. Each animal must have it's own application. They are not part of our online applications. Please contact the office to request one be sent to you. There is no charge for the Animal Application. Animals that are considered Service and Assistance (Emotional Support) Animals must also complete an Animal Application.
