North Port FL Seeking Tenant ROOM ONLY

Hello there, I am currently offering a room in North Port, FL. I am 30 years old and male. I do host a nice, clean, and modern home with tile/vinyl flooring, granite countertops, reverse osmosis water and much more! I am located about 35-40min from Sarasota and am in an ideal and blossoming area with grocery stores and restaurants less than a mile away. I am looking for a tenant with clean credit (650+) who would be willing to undergo a background check and sign an official lease agreement (first/last/security) for a minimum of at least 1 year. I currently only have 1 other tenant and plan on keeping only 2 total (if you are a couple and you are okay with splitting one room, we can talk about it). That being said, I offer the room for no less than $800 per month utilities included (I do have Xfinity's best package). No pets, no alcohol, no B.S.
