Built in the 1930’s, the Normandie building offers a truly unique living experience in the heart of the vibrant Park Avenue neighborhood. Preserving many of the building’s architectural details, the Normandie offers a rich Old Hollywood vibe in the heart of a central location. Each apartment has a different layout, and no two units are quite the same!
