This is an IN LAW UNIT attached to a home. We do share a wall but you have your own private entrance , Bathroom and kitchenette so you have your own privacy and little interaction with the landlord. There is no access to the main house.
The room comes furnish as show in the photo. There is small portable stove, microwave,  refrigerator,  hot water kettle, mini stove, air conditioning, garbage disposal

The room comes with a comfortable full size mattress and bed frame. I'm sorry I can't take out the bed, matress, and dresser. They must come with the room.
