Application fee is $32 per adult (or $45 if you are from out of state) and is not refundable after it is spent on background check. Please have your picture ID and fee with you if you apply on a spot.

Pets are accepted with additional refundable deposit; for aggressive breeds must have a proof of renter's insurance with liability coverage before move-in. Additional pet rent up to $20/mo.
