There is one second floor bathroom and one bathroom/laundry room in the finished basement. A sunroom off the living room has a desk for office space. There is a spacious back deck and private yard. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and safe. It has been my home for 11 years. Pet-and smoke-free.

Looking for clean, quiet, mature professional single or couple. Background check required, paid by tenant. Mid-term (~3-month) rentals preferred.

$140 per month for gas and electric is included. Tenant pays any that is used over this amount.
