Since 1999, Newport Place (NP) has been providing affordable shared furnished apartments for American and international students/interns. NP is ideal housing for all of downtown's colleges and schools. Also, many residents are attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges from throughout the city. NP is in the heart of downtown at: 1343 C Street, San Diego, CA 92101. NP provides affordable boutique shared apartments for our student/intern residents. Many of our residents are attending San Diego's top internships, language schools, universities and colleges. NP offers a limited number of private bedrooms and studios for monthly rental. It is an intimate community of 27 residents who live in 2-, 3-, 4-bedroom apartments and studio apartments. Units can accommodate both short-term and long-term residents. Rent is all-inclusive. Units are fully furnished with everything you need to live independently and comfortably - including a fully outfitted kitchen in each apartment and studio.
