The Security Deposit is generally $1,795.00, however, a double security deposit (i.e. $1795x2) may be required if applicant(s) do not meet all 3 of the minimum requirements set forth by the owners and the applicant is still approved. The minimum requirements are:
3.5x the rent in total combined monthly income (i.e. $1795x3.5= $6,282.50)
Credit scores of 650 or higher
Verified and approved rental history and/or ownership with no outstanding unpaid rent or mortgage and no evictions in the last 5 years.

Pets are accepted on a case-by-case basis.
Tenant pays all utilities (water, gas, electric, etc.), trash/recycling, and maintains landscaping year-round.
Washer and dryer rentals may be available for an additional monthly fee.
All kitchen appliances pictured as well as a refrigerator will be included in the monthly rent.

APPLYING & FEES:
Applications are a non-refundable $85.00 per person. EVERY person 18 or older is REQUIRED to place a SEPARATE application.
There is a one-time admin fee of $75, which is due, if approved, at the same time as the first month's rent.
