4. Outstanding Balances: No outstanding debts to past landlords.
5. Eviction History: No evictions within the last 7 years.
6. Debt-to-Income Ratio: Must be 45% or less. To calculate this, add your minimum monthly debt (as listed on your credit report) to the rent amount, and divide by your gross monthly income.
7. Felony Review: Felony convictions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
