Lease Terms:
12 month lease. Tenants are responsible for all utility expenses, renters insurance, a monthly fee of $10.00 for furnace filters, and landscaping upkeep. The security deposit will match the rent amount, provided there are no pets and all applicants have a credit score of 650 or above.

Pets:
The owner may consider allowing up to two small to medium-sized pets with prior approval. An additional security deposit of $500 per pet and a minimum monthly pet rent/fee of $50 will apply. Each pet requires a separate application through PetScreening, which charges a fee for processing. The application fee is $20 for the first pet, $15 for any additional pets, and there is no charge for assistance animal accommodation requests.
