Application process:
We require all applicants to provide proof of their identification via a government-issued photo ID at the time they apply. All applicants must pass our national background check. The application fee is $45 per application, we only accept applications from site, please call us to learn more.
All income earning applicants must provide proof of their income for the last 3 months (minimum). The total amount of income an applicant or applicant group should earn for this unit is $3,700 per month.
Appliances:
If appliances are present in the unit, it is the responsibility of the tenant to make any repairs or replacement if the appliances not functional. We will remove any appliances if needed.

Water and Sewer Charges:
Duplex tenants pay 1/3 the total Water and Sewer balance accumulated by the entire duplex. Water and sewer bills go out once a month by email Identifying the full amount of the bill with your specific 1/3 highlighted for you to add to your rent payment, and you pay your 1/3 portion directly to REDS Property Management LLC with your rent.
Electric and Gas:
Tenant must be able to open their own gas and electric account. Tenants pay their respective gas and electric providers directly for their services.
