Mother in Law Unit for Rent at the Property

One bedroom, one bathroom mother in law unit available on the property. Newly remolded with new appliances and hardwood floors. Washer and dryer are in the unit. No storage or garage access. Tenants will not have access to the main house or the property around the main house. Parking for one vehicle ONLY. No pets, allowed please (the owner is firm on this). Tenant placement only. NNPM will not be managing the unit once we have found a tenant. Water/sewer and trash are included in the rent (household trash only). Renters insurance is required. Tenant will be billed monthly by the owner for electricity each month. First months rent and deposit are due at time of move in. Deposit is the same as the rent.
