We have 6 month leases and an application with an application fee of $25. Recent pay stubs or other methods to show income are required. A monthly income of $1,300 or higher is required. A credit check is performed on each prospective tenant to ascertain prompt payment of bills. We allow cats for a $200 pet deposit, but no dogs. At this time, we are not set up for Section 8 housing. There is no smoking allowed in the units and we ask for consideration of fellow tenants, especially after 10 pm.

You'll love this one bedroom apartment with beautiful wood floors and its location close to Forsythe Park and Monroe City bus service. Forsythe Avenue and Louisville Avenue are nearby and both provide shopping and dining options. The landlord provides lawn maintenance and pays for gas, water and garbage.
