Deposit is $1,000 (fully refundable), and cleaning fee is $250. Renters insurance required. Cats and small dogs okay, max 2 pets. $30 pet fee per month, per pet. $300 pet deposit for 1st pet, additional $200 for second pet. No smoking. Must comply with HOA terms. Water, Sewer, front lawn care, and garbage included. Recycling bin is extra if needed. Washer and dryer provided in unit.
