High-speed Internet connection will be shared between units. Seperate electric meters. City utilities included (water, trash, sewage) Chariot Energy has a service that offers free electricity from 11pm-6am but requires 24 month commitment.

Security cameras will also be installed just to view outside perimeter of property. You can add a door camera on your unit if you choose.

NO PARTIERS, HARD DRUGS ALLOWED! Owner will be in main unit and available to show small unit afer the 8th. There are a few serious interests as of now but to avoid people wasting $45 on fees, we will meet first then go from there.
