This property is located at 1805 Garden Avenue (map), about two blocks from the campus of the University of Oregon.  We have two bedroom flats and townhouses available both furnished and unfurnished.  Rents are $845 - $1,045 TOTAL (not per-person) with a 12-month lease.  Shorter term leases are available at higher rates.  Contact us for details and to schedule a tour! 

Millrace Apartments is PET FRIENDLY!  Submit a pet application now.  Pet rent is $25 per month.  Refundable pet deposit is just $100.  There are no fees/deposits for documented service animals.  

Water, sewer, garbage & recycling included in rent.  Tenants pay electric.  Application fee $40 (per adult), security deposit $400 (per adult), assigned parking pass $295 (per year, per adult).
