EMPLOYMENT: If employed for less than one year, we will also verify previous employment records. Self-employed persons will be required to submit their last two years tax returns and sign Form 4506-T verification.
PREVIOUS RESIDENCE: A payment history of not less than one year in a timely manner at the same location and favorable rental references from at least two previous addresses are required.
RENT: Rent is due and payable in full on the first of each month.
PETS: NO Pets.
INDEMNITY: All successful applicants will be required to carry renters insurance. Minimum general liability of $100,000.00
SMOKING: This is a no-smoking rental. Smoking will NOT be permitted anywhere on the property.
