Our fully fenced, large yard encourages outdoor activities and gives space for your pets to let out their zoomies, but if you want even more space to get outside, across the street you will find a lovely park designed as a gravitational wave, with bocce ball and a playground. It doesn’t get more centrally located than this, we are within walking distance to Trader Joes, coffee shops, restaurants, hospitals, schools, and easy access to all major freeways. Mckinley Park is only a short jog away with the amazing architecture, restaurants and shops on the way.

Please note, our bottom floor has a lower ceiling height of 7' and 6'-6" doorways.
The home will be rented furnished and only for a 11 month lease. The owner’s preference is to keep as much furniture there as they can, while there is some storage space that can/will be used to keep some of it.
