This stand-alone 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has everything you need to enjoy tranquil, relaxing mornings listening to the birds sing or fun-filled evenings with friends and family up on the ocean-view deck. Located on its own quarter-acre of land, well-separated and distanced from the other house far behind it, this home has its own fenced-in yard (great for pets) and a beautiful lava rock wall acting as a divider between the properties.

Along with tremendous privacy and quiet, this property also offers innumerable examples of natural beauty, thanks to the surrounding lush, tropical landscaping. Look out your front door or any of your windows and you are met with the rich greens, yellows, pinks, and purples of different palms, bougainvillea, guava trees, loquat trees, bamboo, bananas, and flowers. Lounge on the deck and watch the yellows, oranges, and reds of the setting sun and afterglow.

The primary bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet as well as french doors that lead out to the fenced yard. Split A/C is available in every room and electricity is included in the monthly rental amount, so feel welcome to blast cool, refreshing air as much as you need (within reason).

Electricity (up to $200 a month-there are ample solar/PV panels so with reasonable usage there should not be any overages), landscaping, internet, trash, and water/sewer (up to $200 per month) are all included in the monthly rental amount. Up to 2 dogs will also be considered, subject to approval.

You will have your own washer and dryer in the covered carport. The carport allows covered parking for one vehicle; additional parking for up to two more cars is available in the driveway.
