-walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants (Chinese, Italian, Mexican, McDonald's, Dunkin Donuts, and a Subway), liquor store, bank/ATM, auto mechanic. The rent is $600 bimonthly(1st and 15th), utilities included. A work resume is needed with work history.
