I have one Master bedroom with private bathroom available in a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom single family house. Central Air Conditions, Washer, Dryer are all available.

Currently there are three young MALE professional living there

Since some people are working from home now, in order to give everyone a quiet working environment, I already put acoustic panels on the wall to reduce the sound coming from your neighbors, so enjoy it!

Requirements are:
1. You must have stable professional job
2. You must have good credit score and trackable renting history
3. You need to share utilities, internet with all other tenants,
4. Do shared bathroom cleaning based on your schedule
5. You need to be quiet, clean and responsible
6. Absolutely no drinking, drug, marijuana and any bad habit.
7. No overnight stay at all except being approved by all
8. No pet is allowed.
