The room is available for rent as soon as possible and it's all inclusive. Shopping Plaza 5-7 mins away from the house. Rent includes water- gas, internet, light everything included.

You'll have your own with private bathroom with 2 master closets and bedroom Nook. Master bedroom is a big as a 1 bedroom apartment unit.

The room comes with:
Fully furnished room, bed set, night stands computer desk

Or it comes unfurnished and you can decorate the room for yourself.

Price: (please reach out to me for price) monthly due on the 1st with 3 day grace period.

Deposit: first month rent, deposit can be paid in 3 monthly installments.
