We are looking for a friendly & low-key person to rent the master bedroom upstairs (room rough dimensions 16'x11'). The room is big enough for a queen size bed & a comfortable desk if you work from home. It is secured by a digit code only known by you so very safe and private.
Available from January 10.
6 months lease preferred. Will provide free storage and parking with a 1 year lease (trucks/oversized SUV will not fit)
We are 2 roommates in our 30s & 40s.
Large house, quiet, private and safe.
It's spacious with 2 living rooms, a deck, BBQ, fenced yard.
We will allow 1 dog if well behaved. No cats (allergies)!
NO drugs or drama, smoking outside only.
About you: respectful, clean and considerate.
$990 rent + utilities including internet ($100)
Must be employed and provide full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check)
