The home is a shared living space with a maximum of 4 tenants. However, you can expect to only share the bathroom with 1 tenant. You will also have access to the kitchen, dining room, loft, patio, and laundry room. Your privacy, space, and belongings will always be respected, and you will have the added benefits of housekeeping for the shared areas and 24-hour security monitoring of the home.

All utilities are included, plus Wi-fi. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street, along the house.

This room would be most beneficial for a single person. A full background check will be required upon application. Additional rooms are available.

Rent is due the first of each month with a minimum of a one-year lease and a $350 security deposit.
