The location is a 30-minute drive to Houston Downtown (few mins drive to route 288 South/North.) Rent for the room will be $1000/month with all utilities (Internet/Electric/Laundry/Kitchen) included. The room includes a full bath. with access to the rest of the home. Street parking is available at no additional cost. No pets no exceptions.

There will be one more tenant on the second floor and will have his/her own room with attached bath/toilet.
