I am looking for a vaccinated female roommate to move in with me and my 2 kitties on September 15th. I have a 2 bed 2 bath condo located near Ohio and Veteran Blvds. I am walking distance from a UCLA shuttle stop, bus stop, park, grocery stores, restaurants, and much more! I have central heat and air conditioning, security entrance in the lobby, street parking, garden, Wifi, and cable. The bathroom is newly remodeled. The spare bedroom comes furnished with a queen size bed, desk and chair, dresser, lamps, bedside table, and bookshelf. The closet is big and has tons of storage space. All utilities are included in the rent and rent is $1775. a month. I will need a security deposit of $1775. upon moving in along with first month's rent. The lease is a month to month lease. I prefer someone who plans to stay longer than a year. The longer, the better. I will be doing a credit check. I am an artist and I work from home. I am pretty low key. I keep my home clean.
