Private entrance and private full restroom. Safe & quiet neighborhood near walking/bike trails, parks, shopping/restaurants, clean laundromat, dry cleaners, and freeways.

Includes: utilities, WiFi, ceiling fan, central air & heating, one street parking space.

Shared kitchenette: cabinets, pantry, stove/oven, and microwave.

Requests: family oriented, respectful, kind, responsible, honest, and clean. No drama, late night excess noise, pets, drugs of any kind, alcohol, or smoking/vaping.

Notes:
We have two young children (9 & 11), and two dogs: a boxer and a small dog.
We practice COVID-19 safety measures.
