There were 2 tenants living in the 4 bedroom apartment, one of our tenants just moved out this month. Looking for one or two professionals to move in. This is a second floor 4 bedroom shared apartment with your own access in & out, hard wood floor, 1 brand new full bathroom, 1 kitchen & dinning room together, 1 balcony, 1 large attic upstairs can be storage, brand new gas heating system, all appliances such as stove, refrigerator are included. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, 1 car off street parking. Stop & shop, Walmart, Walgreen, CVS, Aldi, Lowes etc shopping places are all near by, just 5 minutes driving to the shopping area on 7 Eddie Dowling Highway, North Smithfield.
The landlord pays for the water & you will share half of electricity, gas bills with the other professional. WiFi, TV cable are not included, but if you want, you can ask to share with the other person. First month rent & a deposit of $750 total $1500 to move in.
