Looking for single roommate. Master bedroom w/private bathroom and walk-in closet for rent. Shared living room, kitchen, and dining room. Large washer and dryer available. Price includes bills, wifi, once a month cleaning from a professional cleaning company. Parking available around the community in designated parking spaces. Tenants have access to pool and jacuzzi. No smoking or drug consumption allowed - please let's respect each other as roommates. Condo has 3 rooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Lease will be renewed every 3 months. Deposit will be $1,000. No pets and no guests allowed.

The master bedroom is furnished. King size bed and two night stands at each side of the bed.

Garage is available for parking with 1 remote for an extra $100 monthly charge.
