Looking for a housemate for the lower-level corner east bedroom in the pictures. The bedroom has new trail oak vinyl flooring. It is very spacious and furnished. The two people on the lower level share the bathroom and the living room. The kitchen is shared by the house.

The house is a split level raised ranch with central HVAC. It is fully furnished and located in a nice, quiet neighborhood between Warwick City Hall and the city park.
