Rooms are single occupancy.

A fully refundable one-month deposit and credit/background checks are required.

Garage space is available for an additional fee.

Preferred no pets - but might accept a dog on a case-by-case basis with a 300 pet deposit and pet rent of 35/month.
NO CATS as one of the roommates is allergic.
