I have a boat, so if you're into lake life, we'll get along great!
If you're into boating, this place is perfect—it's just one mile from a public boat ramp. There is enough yard space for another boat, and possibly a boat-deck access deck for working on it.
This would also be a great spot for anyone that is into gardening or raising chickens.
