Loft Style Studio Condo in the Concorde of Buckhead on the 5th Floor. Legal rent of $1282 includes mandatory monthly administrative fee for tenant services. This unit is one open studio type room w/ a closet, separate kitchen and bath of approximately 550 square feet. Granite counters and stainless appliances, laundry services in building but not the unit directly. The Concorde community features a full time concierge, pool, fitness center, tennis court and business center. Water and trash included in the monthly rate. No gas. Walk to Publix and Starbucks / shops of Buckhead.

Minimum Requirements to Lease;
- must earn no less than 2.5 times the monthly rent.
- must have a minimum 650 credit score
- no evictions or outstanding landlord debt in the last 7 years
- no felony criminal history in the last 7 years
- no open bankruptcy's.

Pets are welcome, however we have specific breed restrictions, and specific weight restrictions. We do not allow any full/mixed aggressive breeds and we have a maximum weight allowance of 75 lbs. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 the first year. Each additional year you lease with us an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee would be due.
