Great place for a respectful single person or couple. Lease is 6 month and will go on to a month to month after that.
No smoking of any kind, no pets.
Application and Background Check will be required.
Rent is $ 2.700 including utilities (wifi, gas, water, trash, electricity, GE Tax)
Showings are possible with 48 hour notice.
