Little Yellow Cottage

The Little Yellow Cottage is a mid-term rental available January-April in the city of South Haven, Michigan, a beautiful little tourist town on Lake Michigan. The cottage has been updated with granite countertops, a new stove, renovated bathroom, new roof, new hot water heater and piping throughout the house. Serving as a short-term rental throughout the summer months, all utilities are included. The house is situated on a double-sized lot that backs up to a small ravine. It is on a quiet, dead end street. It is approximately one mile to the center of downtown and approximately 1.5 miles to the South Beach. Sidewalks line the streets making walking a viable option for those wishing to explore the various restaurants and shops in the area. We are interested in mid-term renters with excellent credit scores and a good rental history.
