This Forest Bluff three bedroom townhome has barely been lived in. Finished in early 2024, It is ready for a new family. This townhome fronts a communtiy park, and is adjacent to the North Augusta Greenway. All bedrooms are up with general living areas down.

The successful applicant(s) will have a 630 or greater credit score for all responsible adults in the household. The applicant(s) will also have a clean criminal background. My standard Security Deposit is equal to the advertised Monthly Rental Rate. Application fee is 55 per responsible adult in the household. A 60.00 administration fee is due at lease signing. My standard lease is for one year. The lease automatically renews for an additional year in absence of notice from either party. Any odd days resulting from a mid-month move are added to the basic lease. All leases end on the last day of the month.
