Perfect for those coming in for AIT/BOLC and wanting to bring in some of their own furniture. 2 of the rooms are lightly furnished and one is unfurnished (can be furnished with a twin bed and night stand/small dresser if preferred). Common areas are also furnished as pictures, includes wifi, bi monthly lawn care, washer/dryer, and capped utilities (300). Off street parking for 2 cars and can utilize street parking for an extra car.

Must have no evictions over the last 5 years, clean background check, must make 2x rent. Prefer 620+ credit score. Security deposit between 1,750-3,000. Lowest deposit available for students, military, educators, medical/first responders. Up to 3,000 for lower credit scores.
