One off-street parking space is provided. Additional on-street parking is available. A detached main home is located on the property and is rented out separately. The fenced-in yard and utilities are shared between the residents. Washer/dryer are NOT included.
Rent includes: water/sewer, trash collection, and lawn care. The guest house is responsible for 30% of the whole property's electricity, and 50% of the internet. Electricity and internet are billed by Braden Property. Occupancy is limited to no more than 2 unrelated individuals. No undergrads. A lease commitment through Summer 2025 (or 2026) is available.
