Liberty Pines MHC features new construction manufactured homes featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, energy-efficient appliances, and convenient access to Fort Liberty.
As Raeford's premier Mobile Home Community, Liberty Pines is an excellent place to settle down without sacrificing comfort or convenience. We take pride in providing well-maintained grounds, a welcoming atmosphere, and dedicated property management to assist with any tenant needs.

Pets will be considered with prior approval for breed/size. There will be an additional pet rent of $25 a month for each pet in the home.
Tenants will not be allowed to place any sheds/storage buildings due to park layout and septic placements.
Utilities:
Electric: Lumbee River Electric (Tenant Responsible for Contacting and Setting up Personal Account)
Water: Provided by the Park, Billed to the Tenant on a Quarterly Basis)
Sewer: Home on Septic Tank
Trash: Tenant can contract with private company of choice OR take their own trash to the Hoke Co. Convenience Site located on Franklin Road.
