Hello! I'm an OSU student looking to sublet my unit at the Domain in Corvallis from July 1st through August 31st, since I am graduating and will be moving away for work. The lease is 2-2.5 months long, but as of now there is still space to renew for next year (24-25) if you want! Rent for summer is $859.00 per month (cheaper than the current going rate which is about $879.00 to $939.00 because I resigned last year) and includes all utilities except electricity, which is about $15.00 to $30.00 per month.

The unit consists of a bedroom, private bathroom, and walk-in closet in a 3-bedroom apartment. It also is fully furnished with a bed (full-XL), desk, desk chair, and dresser. All rooms are separately keyed and can be locked from inside and out for privacy. This room specifically is also ADA-accessible if that is something you need! The apartment has an in-unit washer and dryer, interior bike parking (super convenient as campus is a 7 minute bike ride away), and has a spacious living-dining-kitchen room with a dishwasher and stainless steel appliances, as well as full dining and living room sets.

The complex features great amenities, including a pool, 24hr gym, fire pit, grills, hammocks, beach volleyball court, pool table, study rooms, a printer and computers in the main office, and a community garden. There is also an Amazon hub for package pickup accessible 24/7 (safe and convenient, and you can pick up packages after office hours). There is a bus stop right at the property entrance that runs twice an hour and goes directly to campus, as well as easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails, and gorgeous natural areas!

This apartment gets a lot of natural light and is a dream during summer, beautiful sunsets and nature walks nearby! I'm going to miss it.
