* Must show proof of Income by most recent 2 months of bank statements AND paystubs OR other Income Source
* Verification of rental history with previous landlord/manager
* W2 OR Individual Tax Returns 1040 for each working family member
* Proper Identification/SS # for Credit Check.
* First month full rent amount plus full security deposit amount with approved credit scores
* All applicants 18 years or older must view the rental unit in person before rental applications can be processed.
* $40 application fee per adult applicant.
* No long or short term subleasing/subletting/vacation/corp leasing allowed
*Eviction, criminal and credit records will be pulled. Past eviction, collection records, and balances owed to previous landlord/manage is an automatic denial for the rental application.
