Large house, quiet, private and safe.
It's spacious with 2 living rooms, a deck, BBQ, fenced yard.
We will allow 1 dog if well behaved. No cats (allergies)!
NO drugs or drama, smoking outside only.
About you: respectful, clean and considerate.
$1000 rent + $100 for water, electricity, internet and trash
Must be employed and provide full screening (credit score, criminal background and bankruptcy check)
