The room is fully furnished and steps from the washer/dryer, refrigerator and microwave. All utilities are included including wifi and Xfinity. Netflix and Amazon Prime Video as well. Fully equipped kitchen I have a fenced yard with a large new 600 square foot deck downstairs that you are free to take advantage of. I do rent other rooms to quiet, responsible and respectful people and expect the same in prospective tenants.
